You may by now have surprised yourself with the confidence of your words and actions. Thinking about Self Acceptance rights tops off your confidence.
You have the right to:

- leave washing up the dishes until after your TV show
- change your mind
- have your own feelings and opinions
- express your feelings and opinions
- say 'I don't know'
- say Yes
- say No
- say neither Yes nor No until you're sure
- use your time as you choose
- resist social pressure
- refuse an invitation with or without an excuse
- not tidy up every day
- splurge now and then
- exercise
- be natural
- choose your friends
- choose what you eat and drink
- be sociable or unsociable
- choose to help people or not to help people
- wear what you like
- lie in on Sundays
- go to a movie or restaurant on your own
- have time on your own
- put off an argument to a time to suit you better
- return a faulty purchase
- find out your legal rights, pension rights, consumer rights
and community information.
And-you have the right to have rights!
Everyone has Self Acceptance rights. When your right clashes with someone else's, there's a problem to be solved. The solution must respect both your right and the other person's right.
